1. No purchase necessary.
2. The promotion is open to UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents aged 18 years or over, except employees and their immediate families of McCain Foods (GB) Ltd, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. There are 57 draws in total. There will be one daily draw for every day from 20.07.10 – 13.09.10. Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on each prize draw date.
4. All entries received between 13.09.10 and 29.12.10 inclusive will be entered into one additional draw which will be made on 30.12.10.
5. To enter visit www.mccaingardengames.co.uk and register your name, address, email address, postcode and date of birth. Alternatively, you can enter by text, send the word ‘MCCAIN’ followed by your name, postcode, house number/name to 86688. Standard text messaging rates apply. The text entry number may not be included in all text-inclusive packages. You will receive a text message confirming your text has been received.
6. Responsibility cannot be accepted for delays in receiving entries due to events beyond our control.
7. One entry per household per day. This can be by either text or the promotional website. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted.
8. For entry via text and online, mandatory information is required. In the event the specified information is not provided, the entry will be considered incomplete and therefore invalid.
9. There will be 100 prizes awarded every day of the promotion.
10. Winners will be drawn at random from all entries in each daily draw throughout the duration of the promotion.
11. Each garden game set consists of one of each of the following items: A set of 6 cones and a stopwatch, a set of 4 jumping sacks and 2 mega howlers with a target.
12. Winners will be notified by email or text depending on method of entry within 5 days of each daily draw. If any winner cannot be contacted within a further 28 days the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
13. In the event of a mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, or an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, McCain (GB) Ltd are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number or email address.
14. All prizes will be delivered within 28 days of winner address confirmation. Winners who enter via text will be required to go online and register their details to confirm the delivery address for their kit to be sent to. Online winners don’t need to do anything as the sets will be sent to the address supplied when registering.
15. The draws will be conducted under independent supervision and the Promoter’s decision regarding promotional matters is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Prizes will only be delivered directly to the winners.
17. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
18. For a list of names and counties of winners visit www.mccaingardengames.co.uk at any point during the promotion and for a minimum of three months after the close of the promotion.
    
19. Information regarding personal data provided in the form will be collected, stored and processed in a database for the purposes of managing the website and entry into the promotion. Such information will not be used for any other purposes than as stated in these Terms and Conditions or as separately accepted by you. The McCain Foods (GB) Privacy Notice applies to any processing of data performed in connection here or displayed at www.mccaingardengames.co.uk. You hereby agree that we may use your personal data to confirm by email your successful registration. If you have separately agreed and accepted to receive news updates from this website or via text, we may use your personal data for such direct marketing purposes.
20. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to McCain Foods (GB) Ltd for the purposes of administering this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
21. McCain Foods (GB) Ltd are not responsible for any telephone, network, electronic or computer failures or delays of any kind or for entries that are corrupted, incomplete, delayed, lost or late. McCain Foods (GB) does not accept responsibility for delays in receiving or delivering of text messages due to mobile operators. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure.
22. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process an entry. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
